Access issues have been resolved. This was a temporary network issue, and additional monitoring checks have been added to several components of the system.

We are experiencing intermittent issues with accessing the Cortex platform. You may see a 503 error when trying to access pages. The issue is currently under investigation and we'll have updates for you shortly.
